About Leeanne

It started with a bicycle and a stack of flyers.

A lifelong curiosity became a career grounded in service, honest guidance, and a determination to get meaningful results for every client.

LH Real Estate Group

Long before I ever held a real estate license, I was riding my bike through my friends' neighborhoods, pulling the flyers off the “For Sale” signs, and studying them, comparing one street to the next, trying to figure out why this house was worth more than that one just a few blocks over. I couldn't have explained it then, but I was already fascinated by what makes a house, and a neighborhood, truly valuable.

That curiosity followed me my whole life. I bought and sold homes of my own in North Dakota and Pennsylvania, and every time, I found myself wishing I could do this for other people, too. But I was a stay-at-home mom raising two young boys, and getting my license always felt like a someday thing.

Then the world shut down.

When COVID hit, something in me shifted. I finally got my license and dove in headfirst, and by the end of that first year, I was a top-producing agent. I haven't slowed down since. Every year, I've built on the last, and I've been humbled to be named a D Magazine Best Real Estate Agent every year from 2022 to 2026, and to receive the DFW Real Producers Top Agent Award each of those years as well. To date, I've sold over $75 million in real estate, including $20 million in a single year. I share these numbers not to boast, but because I know they matter to you. They mean I know how to get results, no matter the market.

What I actually do all day

I specialize in luxury homes, relocation, first-time buyers, new construction, investment properties, and luxury high-rise condos, which is really just a way of saying I've learned how to meet people exactly where they are, whether this is their first home or their fifth.

Why this work matters to me

For most people, buying or selling a home is the single most important financial decision they'll ever make. I never lose sight of that. My goal, every time, is to guide my clients carefully and always with their best interest at heart, to make a process that can feel overwhelming instead feel calm, clear, and even exciting. I want you to drive home to your new house and feel proud. I want you to feel protected every step of the way, because you were.

“I want you to feel protected every step of the way, because you were.”

One client I think about often is a woman in her seventies, a seasoned investor who had bought, sold, and flipped more homes than most agents ever will. She'd been let go by two agents before me who found her too particular, too demanding. When she and I started working together, she had a very specific home in mind and a home of her own to sell, with timing that had to line up almost perfectly. We sold her home with multiple offers and found her the exact right property, at exactly the right time. I never pushed her. I just stayed patient, steady, and honest, while still giving her the firm guidance she needed to reach her goal. She later told me I was the best Realtor she'd worked with in all her years of buying and selling. We're still friends today, and that friendship means more to me than almost any award I've received.

A little about who I am outside of real estate

I grew up in Arizona until I was fifteen, when my family moved to Dallas. I spent my twenties moving in and out of DFW before finally, firmly putting down roots here about ten years ago. So while I wasn't born in Texas, this is truly home now, and I understand what it's like to be new here.

I'm the mom of three boys who keep me on my toes with high-level competitive soccer. They are, without question, everything to me. My faith in God grounds me and shapes how I try to move through the world, though I hold deep respect for people of every belief. At the core of who I am, I simply want to be useful to others, to care well for people and to give of myself wherever I'm needed. I love a hard physical challenge. Training for and racing Spartan races is one of my favorite ways to test myself, and when I can find the time, I love mentoring young people in my community.

Why work with me

I lead with service, not sales. I'm calm under pressure, I tell you the truth even when it's not what you want to hear, and I will fight quietly and firmly for your best interest from the first showing to the closing table. Whether you're buying your very first home, selling a property you've loved for decades, relocating from out of state, or searching for the perfect high-rise condo, I would be honored to guide you home.

Let's find your perfect place. I can't wait to meet you.

With gratitude,
Leeanne
